Research on Crude Oil Catalytic Cracking to Olefin Technology
The reaction performance of catalytic cracking of crude oil to produce low carbon olefins was investigated in a small fixed fluidised bed reactor. The suitable operating conditions for the production of low-carbon olefins by catalytic cracking of crude oil were explored by varying the reaction temperature and water-to-oil ratio, and the cracking performance of different fractions was investigated. The results showed that at a reaction temperature of 750 ℃ and a water-to-oil ratio of 0.5,the one-way yield of ethylene could reach 18.84%,the one-way yield of propylene could reach 11.83%,the one-way yield of butene could reach 4.53%,and the ethylene+propylene+butene yield could reach 35.2%with an intermediate-paraffinic-based crude as the feedstock.
