研究了一种合成氧头孢烯母核关键中间体的氯代新工艺.该工艺以次氯酸叔丁酯/氯化氢作为氯化体系,收率达83%以上.与传统的氯气氯化法相比,该方法具有安全性更好、收率更高和环境更友好的特点.
Research on the New Chlorination Process of the Key Intermediate of Oxacephem Mother Nucleus
A new process for the chlorination of the key intermediate of oxacephem mother nucleus was studied in this paper.In this process,t-BuOCl/HCl was used as the chlorination system,and the yield was above 83%.This method has the advantages of better safety,higher yield and more environmental friendliness compared with the traditional chlorine chlorination.
