聚乳酸羟基乙酸(PLGA)作为一种具有生物可降解性和生物相容性的材料,在医用高分子材料领域中扮演着重要角色。其通常用于制备药物载体纳米颗粒、医用缝合线、组织工程支架等,应用于药物递送系统研究、组织工程研究与医用器械研究等领域,为促进药物递送、组织修复和医疗器械的发展提供了材料基础。本文综述了近年来PLGA材料的合成与改性的相关研究,通过对上述研究进展的汇总与介绍,为PLGA材料的药剂学领域和生物医学领域应用提供新的见解与参考。
Research Progress in the Synthesis and Modification of Polylactic Acid Hydroxyacetic Acid Materials
Polylactic acid hydroxyacetic acid(PLGA),as a material with biodegradability and biocompatibility,plays an important role in the field of medical polymer materials.It is commonly used to prepare drug carrier nanoparticles,medical sutures,tissue engineering scaffolds,etc.,and is applied in fields such as drug delivery system research,tissue engineering research,and medical device research,providing a material foundation for promoting drug delivery,tissue repair,and the development of medical devices.This article reviews the synthesis and modification of PLGA materials in recent years,and provides new insights and references for the pharmaceutical and biomedical applications of PLGA materials by summarizing and introducing the above research progress.
