Research Progress of Nanosuspensions of Insoluble Active Components of Traditional Chinese Medicine
The low solubility and low bioavailability of the insoluble active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine limit their clinical application.Nanosuspension is composed of drug and stabilizer,and its preparation process does not use carrier materials,and does not need to dissolve drugs into excipients.It has the advantages of high drug load,high dispersion,simple preparation process,etc.,which can effectively improve the solubility of insoluble active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine and solve its delivery problems.In this paper,the research of nanosuspension of insoluble active components of traditional Chinese medicine was reviewed to provide reference for clinical development and application.
