Advances in Surface Modification of Ion Exchange Membranes
Polydopamine(PDA)modification has emerged as a highly researched topic in the field of membrane materials.This method utilizes the self-polymerization property of dopamine to form a uniform and controllable coating on the membrane surface,thereby altering the surface properties and functionality of the membrane.This article aims to explore the self-polymerization mechanism of polydopamine,summarize the factors influencing its self-polymerization,and outline the methods of polydopamine modification on membrane materials surfaces.Additionally,it reviews the research progress in polydopamine-modified membrane materials both domestically and internationally,and provides prospects for the future of polydopamine modification technology.This provides a reference for the functional design and performance optimization of membrane materials,facilitating the widespread application of polydopamine modification technology in the field of membrane science and technology.
