Research Progress of Polycarbonate Final Polycondensation Reactor
The polymerization reactor is the core equipment in the PC production process,especially for the final polycondensation process,which needs to be carried out under high temperature and high vacuum conditions.The design of its internal components not only needs to consider the mixing and heat transfer of the high viscosity polymerization system,but also needs to consider the efficient removal of by-product phenol.This article reviews the research progress on the structure of final polymerization reactors and provides prospects for the application research of this reactor.
