Abstract
Rehmannia glutinosa is commonly used as a bulk medicinal herb for heat induced yin damage,excessive heat and thirst,and sore throat.Its quality control is the basis for safe and rational clinical use.By reviewing the research results on the quality control of Rehmannia glutinosa in recent years,and summarizing the analysis methods of Rehmannia glutinosa properties,microscopy,thin-layer chromatography,and molecular labeling,as well as the application of various techniques such as HPLC,UPLC,mass spectrometry,spectral analysis,and fingerprint analysis in the field of Rehmannia glutinosa quality control,this provides a reference for comprehensively promoting the establishment of a quality control system for Rehmannia glutinosa.It helps to improve the quality of the planting and processing process of Rehmannia glutinosa,and is conducive to the high-quality development of the Rehmannia glutinosa related industry.
