4种基源淫羊藿药材的生药鉴定研究

目的:通过研究药典收载的淫羊藿4种基源(淫羊藿、箭叶淫羊藿、柔毛淫羊藿、朝鲜淫羊藿)的产销现状,展开中药淫羊藿的生药鉴定,以期为淫羊藿真伪优劣的鉴定工作提供有益的参考.方法:应用生药性状、光学显微镜、薄层色谱等方法,研究淫羊藿专属且实用的鉴别特征.结果:性状鉴别显示,4种基源淫羊藿小叶叶数量、形态、质地、叶缘锯齿存在差异,显微鉴别研究显示,4种基源淫羊藿下表面非腺毛和突起特征具有一定差异;理化鉴别表明,4种基源淫羊藿均含有黄酮类成分.结论:4种基源淫羊藿下表面非腺毛和突起特征具有一定差异,可以作为其专属鉴别特征,可作为日后中药淫羊藿的真伪鉴别新依据;同时,4种基源淫羊藿叶的小叶数量、形态、质地、叶缘锯齿均有所差异,为其鉴别提供了中药依据,其有效成分在紫外有荧光,为中药淫羊藿真伪优劣的鉴定提供有益的参考.
Study on Pharmacognostic Identification of Four Kinds of Herba Epimedii
Objective:To study the production and marketing status of epimedium from four sources,the pharmacognostic identification of traditional Chinese medicine Epimedium is carried out,in order to provide useful references for the identification of the authenticity and quality of Epimedium.Methods:Apply methods such as pharmacognostic properties,optical microscopy,and thin layer chromatography to study the exclusive and practical identification characteristics of Epimedium.Results:Trait identification showed that there were differences in the number,morphology,texture,and serration of small leaf blades among the four basal sources of Epimedium.Microscopic identification studies showed that there were certain differences in the non glandular hair and protrusion characteristics on the lower surface of the four basal sources of Epimedium;All four sources of Epimedium contain flavonoids.Conclusion:There are certain differences in the non glandular hair and protrusion characteristics on the lower surface of the four basic sources of Epimedium,which can be used as their exclusive identification features and as a new basis for the authenticity identification of traditional Chinese medicine Epimedium in the future;At the same time,there are differences in the number,shape,texture,and serrations of the small leaves of the four basic sources of Epimedium,providing a traditional Chinese medicine basis for their identification.The effective ingredients of Epimedium have fluorescence in ultraviolet light,providing useful reference for the identification of the authenticity and quality of traditional Chinese medicine Epimedium.
