High Performance Liquid Chromatography Determination of Ceftriaxone Sodium Polymer
Objective:To determine the content of cephalosporin sodium polymer with high-efficiency liquid chromatography and verify the method.Method:The chromatography column uses ectumane silicane bonds silicone as the filling agent.V(0.02 mol/L positive amine solution)∶V(acetylene)=73∶27,pH value(regulating)6.5 is flow phase A,flow phase B is acetylene,the flow velocity is 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature is 30 ℃,the detection wavelength is 254 nm,and the experiment is conducted using gradient elution.Results:The specific attribute,detection limit and quantitative limit,precision,linear,durability and other parameters of this method meet the requirements.Conclusion:This method can be used to determine the content of spores and sodium polymer,high accuracy and sensitivity.
