通过高效液相色谱法,建立滋补丸剂中维生素B1的测定方法。采用十八烷基键合相硅胶为填充剂(250 mm×4。6 mm,5 μm),以0。05 mol/L乙酸钠溶液-甲醇(V乙酸钠溶液∶V甲醇=65∶35)为流动相进行等度洗脱,流速1 mL/min,柱温为室温。结果表明,维生素B1在0~1。0 μg/mL质量浓度范围线性关系良好,r=0。999 7;精密度验证中,峰面积的RSD为1。31%,保留时间的RSD为0。178%;准确度实验验证中RSD为1。17%;重复性实验验证中RSD为0。779%;不同烘干时间的研发工艺中,稳定性含量测定偏差为1。05%。研究为维生素B1的含量测定和特膳食品的研发工艺提供参考和借鉴。
Determination of Vitamin B1 Content in Nourishing Pills
A method for determining vitamin B,in nourishing pills was established by high-performance liquid chromatography.C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used with 0.05 mol/L sodium acetate solution-methanol(Vsodium acetate solution∶Vmethanol=65:35)as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was room temperature.The results showed that vitamin B,had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0~1.0 μg/mL(r=0.999 7).In precision validation,the RSD of peak area was 1.31%,and the RSD of retention time was 0.178%,the RSD in the accuracy experiment verification was 1.17%,the RSD in the repeated experimental verification was 0.779%.In the development process of different drying times,the deviation of stability content determination was 1.05%.The study provided reference and inspiration for the determination of vitamin B1 content and the development process of specialty foods.
