Industrial Application of Octane Rating Additive HCSO in Catalytic Cracking Units
The industrial application of octane number additive HCSO was carried out on a 1.4 Mt/a catalytic cracking unit.The results showed that under the similar operation conditions and compared with the results of blank calibration(before adding enhancer),when the octane number enhancer reached 1.52％of the system inventory,octane number of catalytic gasoline and hydrogenated gasoline increased 0.8,1.2 respectively.According to the PONA analysis data of gasoline,the olefin content decreased by 1.33％,the aromatics content decreased by 0.2％,and the isomeric alkanes increased by 1.62％.From the application situation,the octane number additive HCSO still has a good effect even at low dosage,which can save costs for refineries and bring considerable economic benefits.
