基于红外热像仪的罐区泄漏安全监测研究

主要利用红外热像仪对某石化企业储运罐区进行监测,逐一排查泄漏隐患,发现较多储罐存在泄漏。对泄漏数据进行统计分析,数据显示拱顶罐是最易泄漏的储罐,而罐壁通风口、泡沫发生器、罐顶呼吸阀是最易泄漏的部位。此外从安全风险、环境风险、物料损耗等多方面对储罐所发生的泄漏隐患进行评估,结果表明红外热像仪发现的泄漏是一项不可忽视的风险。为储罐的运行管理提供了数据依据,为企业罐区泄漏的安全监管提供技术支持。
Research on Leakage Safety Monitoring of Tank Farm Based on Thermal Imaging Camera
In this paper,the infrared thermal imaging camera is mainly used to monitor the storage and transportation tank area of a petrochemical enterprise,and the hidden dangers of leakage are investigated one by one,and it is found that many storage tanks have leaks.Statistical analysis of the leakage data showed that the vault tank was the most leakable storage tank,while the tank wall vent,foam generator,and tank top breathing valve were the most leakage parts.In addition,the potential leakage hazards of the storage tank are evaluated from various aspects such as safety risks,environmental risks,and material losses,and the results show that the leakage found by the thermal imaging camera is a risk that cannot be ignored.It provides a data basis for the operation and management of storage tanks,and provides technical support for the safety supervision of leakage in the tank farm of enterprises.
