The bottom sediment of crude oil tank is difficult to deal with,and the organic sediment accounts for a large proportion.Compared with the two common cleaning ways,mechanical cleaning is more in line with the requirements of safety,health,environmental.Combined with the engineering practice,the main equipment and process of mechanical cleaning are introduced in detail.Taking into account the actual situation of the enterprise,we blend cleaning oil with crude oil and the ingredients of delayed coking unit to reduce the risk and relieve the storage pressure of dirty oil.In the actual operation process,there are problems of insufficient capacity of cleaning equipment and difficult management of personnel,so we should consider preparing in advance,strengthening management,and adopting a better cleaning plan.
