有机硅生产废水处理工程实例

随着新材料产业的快速发展,有机硅企业在生产过程中造成的水污染问题亟待解决.本文以浙江某一新材料生产企业为例,该企业生产废水中含油分,同时具有高盐分、高CODCr、高SS、可生化性低等特点.工程设计采用"一级混凝+厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)+A/O+芬顿(Fenton)高级氧化法+二级混凝+次氯酸钠催化氧化法"联合工艺处理.详细研究了药剂投加量、反应pH值等因素对处理效果的影响.通过小试、中试,将此设计工艺应用,可以达到与该企业约定的《合成树脂工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31572-2015)及《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31571-2015)标准中的进入城镇污水处理厂的执行直接排放标准.污水站调试运行结果表明,实际处理效果可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)中的一级排放标准.
Example of Organic Silicone Production Wastewater Treatment Engineering
With the rapid development of the new material industry,the water pollution problem caused by the silicone enterprises in the production process needs to be solved urgently.This paper takes a new material production enterprise in Zhejiang province as an example.The production wastewater contains oil,and has the characteristics of high salt,high COD,high SS and low biochemistry.The engineering design adopts the combined process of"primary coagulation+anaerobic folding plate reactor(ABR)+A/O+Fenton advanced oxidation method+secondary coagulation+sodium hypochlorite catalytic oxidation method".The influence of quantity,reaction pH and hydraulic residence time on the treatment effect was studied in detail.Through small test and pilot test,the application of this design process can meet the direct discharge standard in the standard(GB 31572-2015)and(GB 31571-2015).The commissioning results of the sewage station show that the actual treatment effect can reach the first-level discharge standard in the comprehensive sewage discharge standard(GB 8978-1996).
