Study on Preparation of Precursors of Lithium Nickel-Cobalt-Manganate Ternary Cathode Materials by Coprecipitation
The sodium hydroxide co-precipitation method was employed for the synthesis of lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide ternary cathode material. The influence of various factors, including pH values, aging time, lithium content, and calcination temperature on the precursor's performance was investigated.Experimental results indicate that the highest tap density of the ternary cathode material is achieved at a reaction pH value of 11,an aging time of 1 hour,a lithium content of 5%,and a calcination temperature of 850 ℃.Additionally,SEM and XRD analyses confirm its optimal performance. These experimental findings provide valuable insights for the preparation of precursor materials for lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide ternary cathodes.
