过氧化甲乙酮微通道合成工艺研究

对连续生产过氧化甲乙酮合成工艺进行了研究,是基于微通道微尺度高效混合特点,利用微通道反应器存液少、反应速度快、传热效果好、耐腐蚀、合成无放大效应、反应放热分散等优势来合成过氧化甲乙酮,弥补了过氧化甲乙酮间歇反应的不足之处。本人通过优化停留时间、双氧水和丁酮的摩尔比、反应温度、催化剂等,实现过氧化甲乙酮连续化生产。解决了过氧化甲乙酮间歇反应生产中放热集中的安全问题,实现过氧化甲乙酮生产本质安全、无废水绿色生产。微通道工艺连续化合成的过氧化甲乙酮活性氧含量与间歇反应生产的工业过氧化甲乙酮活性氧含量无差异,树脂凝胶、固化数据基本无差别。
Research on Micro Channel Synthesis Process of Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide
This article studies the synthesis process of continuous production of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide,which is based on the efficient mixing characteristics of micro channel micro-scale.It utilizes the advantages of micro channel reactors such as low liquid storage,fast reaction speed,good heat transfer effect,corrosion resistance,no amplification effect in synthesis,and heat release dispersion to synthesize methyl ethyl ketone peroxide,making up for the shortcomings of intermittent reactions of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide.I have achieved continuous production of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide by optimizing residence time,molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to butanone,reaction temperature,catalyst,etc.Solved the safety problem of heat release concentration in the intermittent reaction production of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide,achieving intrinsic safety and green production without waste water in the production of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide.There is no difference in the active oxygen content between the continuous synthesis of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide using microchannel technology and the industrial production of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide using intermittent reactions,and there is basically no difference between resin gel and curing data.
