[3+3]Cycloaddition of β,γ-Unsaturated-α-Ketoesters:The Diversified Synthesis of Poly substituted Tetrahydropyridines
Polysubstituted tetrahydropyridine compounds are important nitrogen-containing heterocyclic skeletons,which are widely existed in natural products.They can also be converted into other nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds through simple reactions.Therefore,their diversified synthesis methods have always been a research hotspot for chemists.Through the[3+3]cycloaddition reaction of β,γ-unsaturated-α-ketoesters with enamines,a series of multi-substituted 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridine compounds containing multiple chiral centers were synthesized with up to 92%yield and with up to>20∶1.
