香椿老叶化学成分及生物活性研究进展

香椿老叶资源丰富,且其中含有大量具有生物活性的化学成分。为了对香椿老叶进行合理的资源开发利用,推动香椿产业的发展继而推动乡村振兴。本课题组将近年来各研究组对香椿老叶的化学成分和生物活性的研究进行了系统的梳理,发现香椿老叶中含有大量的黄酮类、多酚类、皂苷类、多糖类等化学成分,具有显著的抗菌、抗氧化、提高动物生长性能等生物活性。并对香椿老叶的后续研究进行了展望,以期为香椿老叶的开发利用提供一定的思路。
Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Biological Activities of Old Leaves of Toona sinensis
The old leaves of Toona sinensis are rich in resources and contain a large number of bioactive chemical components.In order to carry out rational development and utilization of Toona sinensis old leaves,promote the development of the Toona sinensis industry,and then promote rural revitalization.Our research group has conducted a systematic review of the chemical composition and biological activity of Toona sinensis old leaves in recent years.It was found that Toona sinensis old leaves contain a large amount of flavonoids,polyphenols,saponins,polysaccharides and other chemical components,which have significant biological activities such as antibacterial,antioxidant,and improving animal growth performance.And prospect the subsequent research on Toona sinensis old leaves,in order to provide certain ideas for the development and utilization of Toona sinensis old leaves.
