抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂的研究进展

从聚羧酸减水剂的结构与性能及其与黏土的作用机理入手,综述了近年来国内外抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂的研究进展.通过引入具有刚性基团的侧链、引入特殊的官能团(如羧基、磺酸基、季铵阳离子、磷酸基等)、使用不含聚氧乙烯结构的聚醚等,可以在一定程度上降低黏土对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附,从而表现出对黏土的耐受性.最后对未来聚羧酸减水剂在黏土耐受性方面的研究和开发进行了展望.
Research Progress of Anti-clay Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer
From the structure and performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizers,as well as their interaction mechanism with clay,recent progress on anti-clay polycarboxylate superplasticizers was reviewed.Research has been conducted by introducing side chains with rigid groups,introducing special functional groups such as carboxyl,sulfonic acid,quaternary ammonium cations,phosphate groups,etc.,or using polyether macromonomer without polyoxyethylene structure.These methods can to some extent weaken the adsorption of clay on polycarboxylate superplasticizers,thereby demonstrating resistance to clay.Finally,prospects for future research on the resistance of polycarboxylate superplastuicizer to clay are presented.
