Determination of Vitamin C Content in Wolfberries and Exploration of Conditions
This article uses the 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine method to determine the content of vitamin C in several wolfberries,and explores the factors that affect the experimental results.The linear regression equation for the standard curve made by measuring vitamin C standard solution is y=0.012x+0.054 4,R2=0.993 7.The recovery rate of the sample ranges from 93%to 102%.The experiment shows that the dinitrophenylhydrazine method can accurately measure vitamin C in wolfberries,and the 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine method is suitable for the experiment in this article,which meets the determination of vitamin C content in wolfberries.
