Multi-Indicator Analysis of Wild Honeysuckle Flower,Chrysanthemum and Forsythia Based on Trace Elements,Fats,and Thermogravimetric Parameters
3 Chinese herbal medicines From Jinxiu,Guangxi,Chinain cluding Wild Honeysuckle Flower,Chrysanthemum and Forsythia were selected as the research objects.The combustion heat,combustion stability,fat,ash,crude fiber and trace element contents of 3 Chinese herbal medicine were determined,and the quality of the Chinese herbal medicines was evaluated using chemometrics methods from multiple indicators.The results showed that the heat of combustion content of the three herbs ranged from 23 772.38 to 29 270.28 J/g;The order of Chinese herbal medicine stability was Wild Honeysuckle Flower>Chrysanthemum>Forsythia;The fat conten ranged from 1.93 to 8.37%in order of content was Forsythia>Chrysanthemum>Wild Honeysuckle Flower;The ash content ranged from 3.66 to 6.39%in size order:Chrysanthemum>Wild Honeysuckle Flower>Forsythia;The crude fiber content ranged from 17.64 to 28.26%in size order:Forsythia>Wild Honeysuckle Flower>Chrysanthemum;The order of entropy method of multiple indexes like combustion heat,combustibility(Chinese herbal medicine stability of combustion),fat content,ash and crude fiber contents was Wild Honeysuckle Flower>Chrysanthemum>Forsythia.This study establishes a multi-indicator analysis and evaluation system for Wild Honeysuckle Flower,Chrysanthemum and Forsythia produced in Jinxiu,Guangxi,to provide a certain theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the quality evaluation of honeysuckle,chrysanthemum and forsythia and their comprehensive utilization.
