In order to better determine the prohibited components in cosmetics:diethylene glycol,this paper summarizes a variety of existing detection methods,lists various problems encountered in the detection process,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.List the points for attention one by one.The selection of reagents,sample treatment,setting of chromatographic conditions,temperature,selection of chromatographic column,detection temperature,detection limit,coefficient of variation and so on are explained one by one to ensure that the problems encountered in the future testing process are clear,there are improvement measures,and all the problems encountered are systematically summarized.In this paper,many kinds of products and standard recovery tests are also tested by gas chromatography,which reflects the results and provides more sufficient and powerful proof.by summarizing the existing problems and matters needing attention,it will be of substantial help to provide diethylene glycol in the detection of cosmetics in the future.
