Effect of Temperature on Catalytic Performance of MOV-TE-Ox Catalyst for Selective Oxidation of Propane
α-methylstyrene is a basic chemical raw material, widely used in emulsifier, pesticide, synthetic resin, synthetic rubber chemical production field, with a wide range of application space, its hydrogenation into isopropylbenzene return to the main process of oxidation to produce phenol, acetone,so as to reduce isopropylbenzene consumption, increase the yield of phenol, save raw material costs, reduce product costs. Its sources are mainly divided into two kinds, one is from the oxidation of isopropylbenzene to phenol, acetone by-product recovery; The second is made of isopropylbenzene dehydrogenation. In this paper, the effects of temperature, reaction pressure and hydrogen venting rate on AMS conversion were studied. The experimental results showed that temperature and reaction pressure had an effect on catalytic activity, while hydrogen venting rate had no effect on catalytic activity.
