高效液相色谱法测定油脂中丙二醛的不确定度评定

建立高效液相色谱法测定油脂中丙二醛的不确定度的评估方法,按照国标方法GB 5009.181-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中丙二醛的测定》进行检测,并依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对实验过程中各不确定度因素的来源进行了综合分析,建立了油脂中丙二醛含量不确定度的数学模型.结果表明:不确定度主要来源于标准物质溶液配制(占比约为82.23%),其次是标准曲线的拟合(占比约为8.61%),因此在日常实验中要定期对高效液相色谱仪进行维护保养,选用准确性高的玻璃量器进行标准溶液配制.
Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Malondialdehyde in Oil by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
This experiment established an evaluation method for the uncertainty in the determination of malondialdehyde in oils using high-performance liquid chromatography according to GB 5009.181-2016"National Standard for food safety Determination of malondialdehyde in food"for testing,and according to JJF 1059.1-2012"evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty",comprehensive analysis was conducted on the sources of various uncertainty factors during the experimental process.Established a mathematical model for the uncertainty of malondialdehyde content in oils and fats.The results showed that the uncertainty was mainly caused by the preparation of reference materials(accounting for approximately 82.23%),and the second is the fitting of the standard curve(accounting for approximately 8.61%).Therefore,the High-performance liquid chromatography should be maintained regularly in daily work and select a glass measuring instrument with high accuracy for standard solution preparation.
