Determination of Fe,Al and V in Titanium Alloy by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry
The contents of iron(Fe),aluminum(Al)and vanadium(V)in titanium alloy were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Dissolve the sample with(1+1)hydrofluoric acid. The mass concentration of the three elements was liner in the range of 0~60 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.999,and the detection limits were 2~5μg/L,the relative standard deviations were 0.52%~2.51%(n=6),and the recoveries were 98%~101%,The relative error of the reference material was 0.5%~1.2%,and the results were satisfactory.
