电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法检测钛合金中Fe、Al、V含量

建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)检测钛合金中铁(Fe)、铝(Al)、钒(V)含量的方法。采用氢氟酸(1+1)进行溶解。经测定,3种元素在0~60 mg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0。999,方法检出限为2~5 μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0。52%~2。51%(n=6),加标回收率为98%~101%,对标准物质进行测定,相对误差为0。5%~1。2%,结果较为满意。
Determination of Fe,Al and V in Titanium Alloy by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry
The contents of iron(Fe),aluminum(Al)and vanadium(V)in titanium alloy were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Dissolve the sample with(1+1)hydrofluoric acid.The mass concentration of the three elements was liner in the range of 0~60 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.999,and the detection limits were 2~5μg/L,the relative standard deviations were 0.52%~2.51%(n=6),and the recoveries were 98%~101%,The relative error of the reference material was 0.5%~1.2%,and the results were satisfactory.
