基于红外光谱技术龙骨真伪鉴别研究

目的:建立红外光谱法实现对龙骨真伪的快速检测.方法:采集20批正品龙骨和20批伪品龙骨的红外光谱数据,并对数据进行相似度评价分析以及标准正态变量矫正、多元散射矫正、Savitzky-Golay平滑、二阶导数预处理.对处理后的数据进行系统聚类分析和主成分分析.结果:主成分分析和层次聚类分析显示出样品数据具有良好的特征性,聚类情况良好.结论:红外光谱具有良好的特征性,利用聚类分析和主成分分析能够实现对龙骨药材的准确鉴别.
Identification of Os Draconis by Infrared Spectroscopy
Objective:Rapid authentication of Os Draconis using infrared spectroscop.Methods:Collect infrared spectral data of 20 batches of genuine and 20 batches of Os Draconis,and analysis by similarity evaluation.Preprocessing techniques used on the data included standard normal variable(SNV),multivariate scattering correction(MSC),Savitzky-golay smooth(SG),and the second derivative(2ND).Then processed data were then put through principal component analysis(PCA)and hierarchical clustering analysis(HCA).Results:PCA and HCA indicated that the infrared spectra of samples had good characteristics for identification and the cluster of samples was correct.Infrared spectroscopy has good characteristics,and cluster analysis and principal component analysis can achieve accurate identification of Os Draconis.
