Optimization Measures for Deep Desulphurization of Coking LPG Sweetening System
The basic Merox alkaline washing extraction and alkaline oxidation recycling process are adopted in the desulfurization system of delayed coking unit of Sinopec Qingdao Petrochemical Co.,LTD.Due to a large increase in the blending proportion of high sulfur residue,the quality of feed of the unit is continuously inferior.The LPG coke carrying,the alkaline foaming and some other problems lead to the unqualified product quality of the sweetening system of the unit.Through continuous sampling of sweetening solvent and analysis of raw material composition and operation parameters combined with actual production situation,a series process optimization scheme of fiber film and static mixer was proposed,which solved the problems of high content of mercaptan sulfur and total sulfur of LPG and high corrosion index of copper sheet.The desulfurization rate of LPG was increased by 61%and the desulfurization rate of sweetening system was greatly improved.Under the premise of ensuring product quality,the emission of alkali residue has also been reduced.
