柴油加氢装置改炼航煤运行总结

随着航空煤油需求的日益增长,航煤加氢装置的研究和开发也日益受到重视。为了满足航煤高质量、高清洁度、高效产出的要求,研究人员正在不断探索和优化相关工艺。根据航煤加氢装置的技术特点,对原有柴油加氢装置进行改造,采取调整管线设计、增加注抗氧化剂设施、增设聚结器等方法,通过生产获得合适的工艺参数,并对生产中出现的能耗高、含水量高等问题进行原因分析及给出解决思路,同时,根据新的工艺要求,选择适合航煤加氢的管线和设备,确保装置能够高效、稳定地运行。最终实验结果证明,将柴油加氢装置改造为生产喷气燃料是切实可行的。本次改造研究有利于优化工艺流程,提高设备效率,可为相关企业提供有益的参考和借鉴,推动航煤生产技术的进步和发展。
Summary of the Operation of Diesel Hydrogenation Equipment to Refine Aviation Kerosene Hydrogenation Equipment
With the increasing demand of aviation kerosene,the research and development of aviation kerosene hydrogenation equipment has been paid more and more attention.In order to meet the requirements of high quality,high cleanliness and efficient output of aviation kerosene,researchers are constantly exploring and optimizing relevant processes.In this paper,according to the technical characteristics of aviation kerosene hydrogenation equipment,the original diesel hydrogenation equipment was reformed,and appropriate process parameters were obtained through production by adjusting pipeline design,increasing antioxidant injection facilities,adding coalers,etc.The causes of high energy consumption and high water content problems in production were analyzed and solutions were given.At the same time,according to the new technology requirements,we select suitable pipeline and equipment for aviation kerosene hydrogenation to ensure efficient and stable operation of the equipment.The final experimental results show that it is feasible to reform the diesel hydrogenation equipment into aviation kerosene production.This reform research is conducive to optimizing the manufacturing process,improving the efficiency of equipment,and providing useful references for related enterprises to promote the progress and development of aviation kerosene production technology.
