海洋工程高强度钢立管焊接返修技术研究

在海洋工程中,立管承载着连接海上浮式设备和水下生产系统的使命,是深水油气田得以开发利用的关键通道。然而,由于立管需要承受高强度的工作压力,焊接施工难度较大,使其成为海上油气生产系统中最薄弱的环节。鉴于立管焊接施工的高标准和严要求,其施工流程一般仅允许返修一次。基于此,本文以国内海洋平台常用的X65钢立管为研究对象,对立管焊接返修技术的操作要点及技术难点进行了概括总结,旨在为我国海洋平台立管的焊接返修提供一定的理论指导和现实意义。
Research on Welding Repair Technology for High Strength Steel Risers in Ocean Engineering
In marine engineering,risers carry the mission of connecting floating offshore equipment and underwater production systems,and are a key channel for the development and utilization of deepwater oil and gas fields.However,due to the need to withstand high-strength working pressure and the difficulty of welding construction,the riser has become the weakest link in offshore oil and gas production systems.Given the high standards and strict requirements of riser welding construction,the construction process generally only allows for one repair.Based on this,this article takes the commonly used X65 steel riser on domestic offshore platforms as the research object,summarizes the operational points and technical difficulties of riser welding repair technology,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical significance for the welding repair of riser on offshore platforms in China.
