Application of JHA Based on Human Reliability Analysis in Laboratory Safety Risk Assessment
To explore how to scientifically evaluate laboratory safety risks and reduce the occurrence of accidents in hazardous chemical laboratories, this study uses the HEART method and the laboratory job hazard analysis method to determine a human reliability analysis method that is applicable to laboratory operations. The specific research content includes:the classification of generic task types based on the laboratory work task scenarios;determination of generic error probability and comprehensive analysis of laboratory error generation conditions EPCs and determination of weights from the four elements of laboratory safety management;the use of the interpretative structural model(ISM)to analyze the interrelationships of human-environment-device-management elements in the laboratory, and to calculate the human error probability and human reliability in the laboratory experiment process. The research results show that the JHA based on the HEART human reliability analysis method is consistent with laboratory operation scenarios, effectively used for calculating, evaluating and analyzing laboratory safety risks, helping to propose risk-control measures, and gradually improving laboratory safety risk assessment methods.
