Experimental Design and Optimization of Extraction Technology of Natural Products
In view of the fact that the experimental teaching content of applied chemistry major in our university is relatively simple,the initiative of students to participate in the teaching process is poor,and the student-oriented education concept cannot be effectively implemented,a comprehensive design experimental technology for extracting useful components from natural products such as tomatoes,spinach,orange peel and red pepper is developed.Students can freely choose natural products and form a team of 2~3 people.Through the teaching links of literature review,experimental scheme design,extraction and separation of useful ingredients,product testing,data analysis,etc.,students can cultivate their ability to solve practical problems in life by using theoretical knowledge of applied chemistry.The practical life is transformed into comprehensive design experiment content,the training of professional experiment skills is strengthened,and the practical ability of students majoring in application technology is enhanced,so as to meet the requirements of talent training under the background of engineering education professional certification.
