Analysis of Contamination Types of Reverse Osmosis Membrane and Optimization of Cleaning Scheme
The fouling phenomenon occurred in the operation of a reverse osmosis membrane system, and the characterization analysis showed that it was organic/inorganic composite pollution, and organic pollution was the main pollution. The results of the plate membrane test show that the desalting rate is only 42%,and the desalting rate is 63%after the current alkaline washing scheme. It was found that the desalting rate of the membrane can be restored to 77%and 71%respectively after NaOH+0.05%Na-SDS+0.5%EDTA-4Na and NaOH+0.04%SDBS+0.5%EDTA-4Na cleaning, and the cleaning effect is better than the current alkaline washing scheme, which is conducive to the efficient and stable operation of the membrane system.
