摘要

应用钴/抗坏血酸/过氧化氢体系生成的羟基自由基降解酸性橙Ⅱ染料,考察不同降解条件(降解时间、降解温度、料液用量)对酸性橙Ⅱ的降解效果.结果表明单独组分降解对比实验效果均不明显;在混合体系中通过单因素实验得出在降解时间为30 min、抗坏血酸为0.075 mol、过氧化氢为0.063 mol、硝酸钴为0.18 mmol、降解温度为50℃时为最佳降解条件,降解率可达到91.25%.

Abstract

Acid orange Ⅱ dyes were degraded by hydroxyl radicals generated by cobalt/ascorbic acid/hydrogen peroxide system.The degradation effects of different degradation conditions(degradation time,degradation temperature,amount of feed liquid)on acid orange Ⅱ dyes were investigated.The results showed that the experimental effect of individual component degradation was not obvious.In the mixed system,the degradation rate could reach 91.25%when the optimal degradation conditions were 30 min,ascorbic acid was 0.075 mol,hydrogen peroxide was 0.063 mol,cobalt nitrate was 0.18 mmol,and the degradation temperature was 50℃.
