Degradation of Acid Orange Ⅱ by Cobalt/ascorbic Acid/hydrogen Peroxide System
Acid orange Ⅱ dyes were degraded by hydroxyl radicals generated by cobalt/ascorbic acid/hydrogen peroxide system. The degradation effects of different degradation conditions(degradation time, degradation temperature, amount of feed liquid)on acid orange Ⅱ dyes were investigated. The results showed that the experimental effect of individual component degradation was not obvious. In the mixed system, the degradation rate could reach 91.25%when the optimal degradation conditions were 30 min, ascorbic acid was 0.075 mol, hydrogen peroxide was 0.063 mol, cobalt nitrate was 0.18 mmol, and the degradation temperature was 50℃.
