Determination of Lead and Cadmium in Environmental Soil by Solid Direct Injection Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Method
In order to quantitatively analyze the content of lead and cadmium in environmental soil more efficiently and accurately, the application of solid direct injection graphite furnace atomic absorption method in determining the content of lead and cadmium in environmental soil was studied. The direct injection determination of soil samples was achieved by combining the SSA600 fully automatic solid sampling device from Jena,Germany with the ZEEt700P atomic absorption spectrometer. The ashing temperature, atomization temperature, and sampling amount of the experiment were optimized by controlling the variables.Under the optimal conditions, the detection limits for Pb and Cd were 0.15 μg/g and 0.01 μg/g,respectively,demonstrating the high sensitivity of this method. The accuracy of the method was verified by measuring the national standard substances of GSS-29-35 agricultural soil composition analysis samples, with a relative error within±10%.The precision experiment shows that this method has good consistency. The comparative analysis with the traditional electric heating plate acid dissolution graphite furnace atomic absorption method shows a significant linear correlation between the two methods R2 0.941,R2 of Cd 0.84)confirms the reliability of the new method.
