Preparation of ZIF-8@PVA/PAA-acrylic Resin Material and Its Adsorption of Amoxicillin
Antibiotics are typical emerging pollutants in the environment. In this study, zeolite imidazole framework materials were prepared and loaded onto polymer fibers to adsorb amoxicillin in emerging pollutants. The substrate was prepared by photocuring 3D printer with acrylic resin as raw material, and then the coating was prepared by polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and polyacrylic acid(PAA).The prepared ZIF-8 material was loaded on the substrate with a weight ratio of 5%and 10%to the coating to form ZIF-8@PVA/PAA-acrylic resin material for amoxicillin adsorption. The results showed that the adsorption rate of amoxicillin in water by a single ZIF-8 powder with the same weight ratio of 5%to the material reached 58%.The adsorption capacity of amoxicillin by single ZIF-8 with the same addition amount as 10%reached 65%.The adsorption rate of amoxicillin by ZIF-8@PVA/PAA-acrylic resin material with a loading weight ratio of 5%was 49%.The adsorption rate of amoxicillin by ZIF-8@PVA/PAA-acrylic resin material with a loading weight ratio of 10%was 57%.Although the adsorption rate of the prepared ZIF-8@PVA/PAA-acrylic resin material is reduced,it is easy to separate from water after adsorption, and has certain potential in the application field of MOFs.
