沉香四味散治疗缺血性心脏病的作用机制研究

目的:探究沉香四味散治疗缺血性心脏病(IHD)的作用机制。方法:通过TCMSP平台筛选出沉香四味散治疗缺血性心脏病的活性成分及靶点,利用Genecards、OMIM和TTD数据平台检索IHD靶点,构建沉香四味散与IHD靶点蛋白质相互作用网络,提取关键靶点,进行GO及KEGG富集分析。结果:获得药效成分28个,药效靶点226个,疾病靶点1 570个,药物治疗缺血性心脏病关键靶点196个、KEGG通路169条。结论:沉香四味散治疗IHD的核心成分为槲皮素、β-谷甾醇、山奈酚、柚皮素、(2-苯基乙基)色酮类,核心靶点为NTRK1、APP、TP53、EGFR、CUL3、ESR1、UBC、FN1。初步揭示了沉香四味散治疗IHD的作用机制,为沉香四味散的临床开发利用提供依据。
Study on the Mechanism of Action of Chenxiang Siwei Powder in the Treatment of Ischemic Heart Disease
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of action of Chenxiang Siwei powder in the treatment of ischemic heart disease(IHD).Methods:The active ingredients and targets of Chenxiang Siwei powder for ischemic heart disease were screened by the TCMSP platform,and IHD targets were searched by Genecards,OMIM,and TTD data platforms,the protein interaction network between Chenxiang Siwei powder and IHD targets was constructed,the key targets were extracted,and GO and KEGG enrichment analyses were performed.Results:28 pharmacodynamic components,226 pharmacodynamic targets,1 570 disease targets,196 key targets for drug treatment of ischemic heart disease,and 169 KEGG pathways were obtained.Conclusion:The core components of Chenxiang Siwei powder for the treatment of IHD are quercetin,β-sitosterol,kaempferol,naringenin,(2-phenylethyl)chromones,and the core targets are NTRK1,APP,TP53,EGFR,CUL3,ESR1,UBC,and FN1,which preliminarily revealed the mechanism of action of Chenxiang Siwei powder for the treatment of IHD,and provided a basis for the clinical development and utilization of Chenxiang Siwei powder.It will provide a basis for the clinical development and utilization of Chenxiang Siwei powder.
