Extraction and Antioxidant Activity of Polysaccharides from Boletus Aereus
Extraction of polysaccharides from Boletus aereus using the heating method, followed by decolorization with 30%hydrogen peroxide and protein removal with Sevag method.FT-IR analysis confirmed the presence of β-type pyranose in BA-2 polysaccharides.Pre-derivatization HPLC showed the presence of glucose, mannose, and galactose in the polysaccharides.Size-Exclusion Chromatography combined with multi-angle laser light scattering and differential detectors analyzed the polysaccharide's Mw to be 7.760×105 Da and Mn to be 2.671×104 Da,with a polydispersity index of 29.049,indicating that the molecular weight distribution of BA-2 polysaccharide is broad. At BA-2 of 10 mg/mL,the clearance ability of ABTS and DPPH free radicals was 50.07%and 32.2%,respectively,indicating a better clearance effect of ABTS free radicals by BA-2.These results provide a theoretical basis for the better development and utilization of this resource, achieving better economic and social benefits. Therefore,it is necessary to conduct antioxidant research on the polysaccharides of Boletus aereus to fully tap into its potential medicinal value.
