摘要

目的:Box-Behnken响应面法优化覆盆子叶中有效成分总黄酮的提取工艺.方法:超声法提取覆盆子叶中总黄酮,在单因素试验的基础上,以乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声功率、液料比为考察因素,以总黄酮含量为响应值,利用Box-Behnken响应面法优化覆盆子叶总黄酮的提取工艺.结果:覆盆子叶总黄酮提取的最佳工艺为乙醇浓度75%、提取时间50 min、超声功率260 W、液料比50∶1(mL∶g),此条件下覆盆子叶总黄酮的含量为40.05 mg/g.结论:该方法操作简便、稳定可行,可用于覆盆子叶总黄酮的提取.

Abstract

Objective:To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Rubus idaeus L.leaves by Box-Behnken response surface methodology.Methods:On the basis of single factor experiment,four factors including ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power and liquid-material ratio were investigated,Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Rubus idaeus L.leaves.Results:The optimum extraction conditions were ethanol concentration 75%,extraction time 50 min,ultrasonic power 260 W,ratio of liquid to material 50∶1(mL∶g).Under these conditions,the content of total flavonoids in Rubus idaeus L.leaves was 40.05 mg/g.Conclusion:The method is simple,stable and feasible,and can be used for the extraction of total flavonoids from Rubus idaeus L.leaves.
