Optimization of Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Rubus Idaeus L.Leaves
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Rubus idaeus L.leaves by Box-Behnken response surface methodology. Methods:On the basis of single factor experiment, four factors including ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power and liquid-material ratio were investigated,Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Rubus idaeus L.leaves.Results:The optimum extraction conditions were ethanol concentration 75%,extraction time 50 min, ultrasonic power 260 W,ratio of liquid to material 50∶1(mL∶g).Under these conditions, the content of total flavonoids in Rubus idaeus L.leaves was 40.05 mg/g.Conclusion:The method is simple, stable and feasible, and can be used for the extraction of total flavonoids from Rubus idaeus L.leaves.
