Study on the Function of Terpenoid Synthetase in Ginkgo Biloba L.Based on Transcriptome Deep Sequencing
Objective:Eight Ginkgo biloba terpenoid synthase genes were obtained using deep transcriptome sequencing. Methods:Through bioinformatics analysis, the functions of eight Ginkgo biloba terpenoid synthase genes were speculated. Results:The phylogenetic tree indicates that the GbTPS6 gene belongs to the TPS-f family and its function is more inclined towards that of angiosperms.GbTPS1,GbTPS2,and GbTPS5 belong to the TPS-d3 subfamily, which is a subfamily of sesquiterpene synthase in gymnosperms.GbTPS4 belongs to the TPS-d2 subfamily and belongs to the subfamily of diterpene synthase. Conclusion:Based on deep transcriptome sequencing of Ginkgo biloba, gene functional analysis of terpenoid synthase in Ginkgo biloba was conducted through biochemical, bioinformatics, and synthetic biology methods, providing research ideas and methods for further research on terpenoid synthase in Ginkgo biloba in the future.
