桦树茸天麻粗多糖抗氧化面霜的制备研究

以桦树茸(桦褐孔菌)、天麻为主原料复配制备了一款具有抗氧化功效的中药保湿面霜.为了对面霜配方进行系统筛选与优化,采用单因素实验和正交试验的设计策略.研究结果显示,桦树茸与天麻的粗多糖提取液在DPPH自由基清除实验中表现出良好的抗氧化效果.当桦树茸的粗多糖提取液质量浓度为0.9 mg/mL,天麻的粗多糖提取液质量浓度为16 mg/mL,并且两者以2∶3的体积比例混合时,复配溶液对DPPH自由基的清除效果显著增强,达到了 91.53%的高效清除率,此时清除能力趋于饱和.同时,该面霜符合国家轻工业标准的各项安全性、耐寒性和耐热性指标.因此其不仅具备良好的抗氧化、保湿效果,而且安全可靠,具有巨大的市场开发潜力.
Preparation of Inonotus obliquus(Fr.)Pilat and Gastrodia elata BI.Crude Polysaccharide Antioxidant Cream
A traditional Chinese medicine face cream with antioxidant effect was prepared by using Inonotus obliquus(Fr.)pilat and Gastrodia elata BI.as main raw materials.The formulation of face cream matrix was screened and optimized through single-factor experiments and orthogonal tests.It was revealed that the extract of Inonotus obliquus(Fr.)pilat and Gastrodia elata BI.had excellent antioxidant properties by DPPH free radical scavenging assay.The study showed that when 0.9 mg·mL-1 extract of Inonotus obliquus(Fr.)pilat polysaccharide and 16 mg·mL-1 extract of Gastrodia elata BI.polysaccharide with volume ratio of 2∶3 were added,the DPPH free radical scavenging capacity reached the saturation state(91.53%).In addition,the cream also meets the national light industry standards for safety,cold resistance and heat resistance indicators.Therefore,it not only has a significant antioxidant moisturizing effect,but also is safe and reliable,and has a huge market development potential.
