Ganciclovir is a new generation of nucleoside antiviral drugs with broad-spectrum and efficient antiviral effect.This paper introduces a method for the synthesis of acetoxymethoxyallyl ether from allyl alcohol,and then reacts with diacetylguanine to form an intermediate.The intermediate is oxidized and hydrolyzed to obtain a high purity ganciclovir impurity A which can be used as an impurity reference substance.
