退热贴生产工艺的优化

为了开发一种具有良好的退热和凝聚保温效果的退热贴,对退热贴的工艺进行了优化和改进,通过改变配方比例和搅拌时间、搅拌速度,来提高退热贴的退热性能.实验结果表明:配方比例为HQ841含量为4%、甘油比例为20%、纯净水含量为60%、薄荷原料含量为0.040%,搅拌时间为420 min,搅拌速度为600 r/min时,退热效果和保温效果最佳.
Optimization of the Production Process of Antipyretic Patches
In order to develop a medical antipyretic paste with good antipyretic and condensation and thermal insulation effects,the process of antipyretic paste was optimized and improved in this paper,and the antipyretic performance of the antipyretic paste was improved by changing the formula ratio,stirring time and stirring speed.The experimental results showed that the formula ratio was 4%HQ841,20%glycerin,60%pure water and 0.040%mint raw material,and the antipyretic effect and heat preservation effect were the best when the stirring time was 420 min and the stirring speed was 600 r/min.
