苯乙烯作为一类十分重要的化工原料,无论是在生产、运输,还是贮存过程中,都可能会因其发生自聚反应,而造成不可逆的损失,甚至引发安全事故.苯乙烯聚合问题是全国苯乙烯装置都面临的比较棘手的一个问题,本文从苯乙烯的聚合机理出发,分析了苯乙烯聚合可能的原因,并结合生产实际,从温度、阻聚剂、填料和工艺等方面,提出了相应的防聚措施来阻止其发生自聚反应,或者减缓其聚合速率,从而使得苯乙烯能够贮存更长的时间,这对苯乙烯的工业生产具有重要意义.
Research on Anti-polymerization of Styrene
Styrene is a very important chemical raw material,whether in production,transportation,or storage,it may cause irreversible losses and even safety accidents due to its self polymerization reaction.The issue of styrene polymerization is a thorny issue faced by styrene plants nationwide.Styrene,as a very important chemical raw material,may undergo self polymerization reactions during production,transportation,and storage,resulting in irreversible losses and even safety accidents.The problem of styrene polymerization is a thorny issue faced by styrene plants nationwide.Starting from the polymerization mechanism of styrene,this article analyzes the possible reasons for styrene polymerization,and combines production practice from aspects such as temperature,polymerization inhibitors,fillers,and processes corresponding anti polymerization measures have been proposed to prevent its self polymerization reaction or slow down its polymerization rate,so that styrene can be stored for a longer time,which is of great significance for the industrial production of styrene.
