摘要

介绍了机泵集装式机械密封系统中机械密封、冲洗方式及冷却器结构,加氢抽提装置中高温热油泵集装式机械密封系统中冷却器盘管泄漏的情况,通过腐蚀机理、腐蚀类型、影响盘管腐蚀因素等方面分析了高温热油泵冷却器盘管泄漏的原因,并列举了冷却器盘管材质升级,由304奥氏体不锈钢改为2205双向钢、将循环水改为除盐水、冷却器盘管出厂前进行热处理、定期将冷却器进行反冲洗预防盘管发生泄漏的措施及实施后的效果.

Abstract

This paper introduces the mechanical seal,flushing mode and water cooler structure in the mechanical seal system of machine pump,and the coil leakage of water cooler in the mechanical seal system of high temperature hot oil pump in the hydroextraction unit.The causes of coil leakage of water cooler of high temperature hot oil pump are analyzed through corrosion mechanism,corrosion type and factors affecting coil corrosion.And listed the water cooler coil material upgrade,from 304 austenitic stainless steel to 2205 two-way steel,the circulating water to debrine,water cooler coil before the factory heat treatment,regular water cooler backwash to prevent coil leakage measures and the effect after implementation.
