为保证低温甲醇洗工艺中的H2O-NH3-H2S-CH3OH体系平衡,研究体系中各个因素失衡对系统运行的影响,通过分析甲醇中氨和硫化氢在系统中反应机理及来源去向,阐述了甲醇品质差对低温甲醇洗系统产生的危害,提出贫甲醇中氨和硫化物超标的应对优化措施,为低温甲醇洗系统提高脱硫脱碳效果提供依据,解决贫甲醇品质差对系统运行的影响,对煤化工装置的平稳运行提供理论依据.
Research on the Influence of Methanol Quality on Low-temperature Methanol Washing Operation and Optimization Measures
In order to ensure the balance of the H2O-NH3-H2S-CH3OH system in the low-temperature methanol washing process,the impact of the imbalance of various factors in the system on the system operation was studied.By analyzing the reaction mechanism and source of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in methanol in the system,methanol was expounded.The harm caused by poor quality to the low-temperature methanol washing system is proposed.Optimization measures are proposed to deal with excessive ammonia and sulfide in lean methanol.This provides a basis for improving the desulfurization and decarbonization effect of the low-temperature methanol washing system and solves the impact of poor quality of lean methanol on system operation.It also affects the operation of the system.Provide theoretical basis for the smooth operation of coal chemical equipment.
