In the past decade,the domestic demand for propylene has been increasing,and the processing and production of propylene has become a hot spot,among which the propane dehydrogenation process to produce propylene is the most hot,and the propane dehydrogenation plant has become the main source of propylene production by 2024.This paper introduces the application of tubular heating furnace in propane dehydrogenation unit,the selection of material of heating furnace,the design structure of refractory lining,the structure of oil-gas combined burner and environmental emission control.The factors affecting the thermal efficiency of tubular reheating furnace are analyzed,such as heat preservation,excess air,combustion adequacy and heat conduction of tube distribution.
