A Transformation Example of SNCR+PNCR+Flue Gas Recycling Denitrification Process
In order to reach the requirements of ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides, polymer non-catalytic reduction(PNCR)process was added to the original selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR)process in a waste incineration power plant to form a combined denitrification process of SNCR+PNCR+flue gas recycling. The combined process ensured the effluent concentration of nitrogen oxides ≤100 mg/m3 and reasonably reduced the cost of denitrifier as well achieving better economic and social benefits. In order to solve the probem of unstablility of the combined denitrification process, the operation mode of a fixed amount of PNCR solid denitrifier and dynamic adjustment of SNCR urea addition was adopted, and the effluent of nitrogen oxides have stably reached the standard for more than 3 years operation. The results of this study provide technical references for the upgrading and operation of denitrification process for waste incineration power plants.
