珠海西部地区集中式饮用水源地重金属含量特征及健康风险评价

根据2023年珠海市西部地区11个饮用水源地的重金属监测数据资料,基于中国人群暴露参数,应用美国环保局(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评价模型,对珠海西部地区10项重金属开展了当地居民的健康风险评价.结果表明:1)珠海西部地区饮用水源中10项重金属年均值均达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)I类和《生活饮用水标准》(GB 5749-2022)标准限值要求.2)儿童和成人的总健康风险均值分别为4.39×10-5和4.23×10-5 a-1,均在国际放射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的最大可接受水平阈值(5×10-5)内,但儿童总健康风险比成人略高.3)重金属类致癌污染物风险远大于非致癌污染物健康风险,六价铬是研究区域内重金属污染风险管控的主要对象.
Characteristics of Heavy Metal Content and Health Risk Assessment in Centralized Drinking Water Sources in Western Zhuhai
This article is based on heavy metal monitoring data from 11 drinking water sources in the western region of Zhuhai City in 2023.Based on the exposure parameters of the Chinese population,a health risk assessment model recommended by the US Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA)was applied to conduct a health risk assessment of 10 heavy metals for local residents in the western region of Zhuhai.The results show that the average annual values of 10 heavy metals in drinking water sources in the western region of Zhuhai all meet the limit requirements of Class I of the Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard(GB 3838-2002)and the Standard for Drinking Water(GB 5749-2022).The mean total health risks for children and adults were 4.39 × 10-5 and 4.23×10-5 a-1,respectively,both within the maximum acceptable level threshold recommended by the International Committee on Radiological Protection(ICRP)(5×10-5),but the total health risks for children were slightly higher than those for adults.The risk of heavy metal carcinogenic pollutants is much greater than the health risk of non carcinogenic pollutants,and hexavalent chromium is the main object of heavy metal pollution risk control in the study area.
