复合型无卤液体阻燃剂开发及其应用研究

对市场主流的液体阻燃剂与自主开发阻燃剂EPPE进行了性能对比,通过开展液体阻燃剂选择与评价、抗烧芯剂选择与评价、抗烧芯剂添加量的确定等工作开发了复合型无卤液体阻燃剂,采用该复合型液体阻燃剂添加10 份可通过FMVSS-302、XF303-2001(软质阻燃聚氨酯泡沫塑料)Q(A)阻燃等级,主流的液体阻燃剂B、A添加15 份以上才能达到相同阻燃等级,复合型液体阻燃剂添加量少、阻燃性能良好,具有较好的市场推广前景。
Development of Halogen-free Composite Liquid Flame Retardant and Application of Flexible Polyurethane Foam
The paper compares the performance of the mainstream liquid flame retardant in the market with the self-developed flame retardant EPPE,and develops a halogen-free composite liquid flame retardant through the selection and evaluation of liquid flame retardant,the selection and evaluation of anti core burning agent,and the determination of the addition amount of anti core burning agent.With 10 portions of the composite liquid flame retardant,the Q(A)flame retardant grade of FMVSS-302 and XF303-2001(soft flame retardant polyurethane foam)can be passed.The mainstream liquid flame retardants B and A can only achieve the same flame retardancy level by adding more than 15 parts.The composite liquid flame retardant has a small amount of addition and good flame retardancy,which has good market promotion prospects.
