Research on the Solubility of Several Organic Calcium Salts Based on Calcium Absorption
As an important form of calcium source in calcium supplements, organic calcium is a type of compound formed by the combination of organic compounds and inorganic calcium ions through ionic bonds or coordination bonds.Organic calcium is more soluble in water than inorganic calcium,it does not require gastric acid during the dissolution process and has less gastrointestinal irritation. However, the solubility of some organic calcium directly affects the absorption and stability of calcium preparations, especially the phenomenon of supersaturation in some organic calcium salt medicines, and solids are easy to precipitate during the placing process, which directly affects the stability and effectiveness of the medicines.Based on the main factors that affect calcium absorption and metabolism, this article systematically investigates the solubility of several common organic calcium salts and different solubilization methods in order to provide technical support for the development of a series of organic calcium salt drugs.
